Refund Policy:
- We only offer refunds if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
- To qualify for a refund, you must provide clear video evidence of the damage at the time of delivery. This proof must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Refund requests made after 7 days or without valid proof of damage will not be considered.
- All refund requests are subject to internal verification. Nyx&Dyllon reserves the right to deny any refund request if the evidence is deemed insufficient or tampered with.
Return Policy:
- No Returns for Size Issues: Returns due to size mismatches or personal preference are not accepted. We strongly advise all customers to consult the size chart available on our website before purchasing.
